The arena of home care presents challenges and fulfillment that can only be found with the long-term care of a client within their residence.  It requires a caregiver to be adaptive and to utilize a level of self-reliance, skill set, and judgment that is not always present in other client care settings.  It also requires the ability to work directly with family and clients to craft an effective plan of care.  If you believe you possess the necessary talents to enter this arena, we would love to hear from you.  We are always looking for qualified caregivers to join our team.

Our clients are spread over many counties in western Michigan and are adding clients frequently. 

Application for employment can be made by:

  • Coming to our Ludington Office or

  • Contacting our Human Resources Manager for emailed forms

  • Once the application and HIPAA agreement has been completed, return them to the Human Resources Manager directly, by mail, by fax, or by email.  Resumes may also be sent at this time.

  • Once received and reviewed, eligible applicants will be contacted for the initial interview.

As the process continues you will be required to provide the following:

  • A copy of your current license or certification

  • For licensed nurses, a transcript from the institution you received your training

  • A copy of your current driver’s license

  • A copy of your social security card or birth certificate

  • A copy of your current TB test

  • A copy of your current CPR certification

  • All applicants undergo a criminal background check prior to employment
