IV Services
We provide a variety of intravenous services at home, including TPN, antibiotics, blood draws, and PICC/MID line care.
Disease and Pain Management
We help you manage chronic conditions and control pain to improve your quality of life.
Fall Prevention Programs
Our team will assess your home for fall risks and provide you with a personalized plan to prevent falls.
Cardiac and Pulmonary Care
We offer specialized care fopatients with heart and lung conditions.
Catheter Care
Our nurses provide expert care and management of catheters.
Orthopedic Post-Op
We help you recover and rehabilitate after orthopedic surgery.
Diabetic Specific Care Plans
We provide specialized care and education for patients with diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and CHF.
24/7 On-Call Nurse
A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your questions and address any concerns.

About Us
St John’s Health Care P.C. has been in business for 25+ years providing care to clients across Michigan in their homes and in our St. John’s House here in Ludington, MI. In 2022 we made the decision to branch out so we can help more people in our community receive care in the comfort of their homes. On November 21st, 2023, we received our certification from The Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) which is a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved accreditor. This means that we meet their standards for community-based healthcare organizations and demonstrate our commitment to quality care and compliance with industry standards.
